Responsibilities

Set up scientific relationships and keep communication with pathologists/oncologists in the area of biomarkers and diagnosis at national and regional levels.

Identify needs and opportunities in area of biomarkers, develop specific actions that impact the progress in the quality of diagnosis and that is related to the use of targeted therapies.

Lead or support the investigator initialized studies (biomarker) in accordance with the Medical Advisor.

Contribute and participate in the development of the strategy and action plans for biomarkers and diagnosis.

Responsible for executing biomarker strategy through organizing and leading projects and medical activities (educational meeting, guidelines and consensus et al).

Establish business collaboration projects with hospitals and third-party diagnostic companies to build up molecular diagnosis platforms.

Support to optimize molecular diagnosis platform in pathology department of target hospitals.

Coordination and communication with the sales and marketing in accordance with company policies on biomarker strategy and activities.
Qualification
-
Master degree in Medical or Biology is required. Doctor degree is preferred.

More than two-year experience of biomarker and diagnosis in pharmaceutical or diagnostic company.

Knowledge and experience in multiple methods of translational research and biomarker development is required, such as RT-PCR, FISH, NGS, IHC et al.

Ability to manage multiple oncology projects and effectively solve issues from medical perspective, independently.

Excellent team-work, communication skill and proactive attitude.
