Responsibilities

  • Key Accounts team as an important component of value proposition, responsible for products in the assigned territory and hospital listing work. Maximize through professional visit and academic activities with customers to establish long-term strategic relationship that is promote CStone to be China’s leading player in specialty care.
  • The position is responsible to ensure hospital market access of products and stable hospital operation; build professional interaction with major customers, including hospital management, medical reform department, professional association, and policy makers; organize KA projects at region level to meet KA stakeholders professional needs to facilitate in hospital access.
  • Product hospital listing execution:

To clear hospital decision makers, cooperate with sales team for hospital access, do preparations and lead the whole process.

Complete company hospital listing plan complete all business KPI.

To design promotional activities or incorporate the value stories to existing KA activity platforms, make sure proper information delivered to right customers.

  • Support cross-function programs:

Timely information collection and conduct business analytics to identify business improvement opportunities for all key stakeholders.

To driver total control to reduce the impact of drug control and bidding in regional level.

Work with commercial, marketing and bidding team to coordinate bidding and market access.

  • Execute hospital level secondary price negotiation:

Lead hospital level secondary price negotiation.

To help build and maintain speakers and key accounts database in terms of debasement, regularly review and update information with regional teams.

  • Lead, monitor and follow-up on hospital issue management:

To track the growth of listed products in target hospitals and support sales function for capping, monitor the territory sales and its changes.

To visit major customers (including hospital management, medical reform department, professional association and policy makers), deliver product message in order to gain supporting and build CStone image.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, etc.
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharma industry, preferably in medical information communication, project management, Key Accounts.
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skill.
  • Fluent listening and speaking skills and good reading skills in English.
  • Analytical thinking and business planning.
