Responsibilities

• Head up the supply chain and channel management function in China.  Help develop and implement an integrated supply chain strategy and channel management for commercial business to support the fast-growing business in China.
• Deliver a cost-effective business process improvement, control inventory budgets and oversee demand & supply planning.  Implement supply chain best practices and introduce performance measure for customer service, 3PL partners to deliver best in class service levels to customers.
• Setup and optimize channel management standard process including new national distributors evaluation process, distributor agreement management，commercial policy management, goods return, monthly sales flow monitor process etc).
• Build up standard business profile on channel analysis and quarterly target setting and KPI evaluation for commercial team.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including professional development of the team, provide guidance and coaching in accordance with the organization's policies. Develop a strong, competent supply chain team.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required for specialize in supply chain field, master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain or channel working experiences in pharmaceutical or medical device companies.
• Must understands integrated supply chain and logistic concepts.
• Comprehensive experiences in supply chain cooperation module.
• Excellent team-building and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strategic optimization abilities.
• Innovative thinking.
• Office automation and proficiency in foreign languages (English); Proficient in MS Excel/Excellent analytical abilities.
