Work closely with Head of Commercial Operations to design, review and evaluate holistic business plan every year.
Develop and effectively communicate the goals, strategies and BU priorities to ensure alignment.
Design, implement and continuously improve effective governance framework to drive operational excellence & effective decision-making.
Lead and implement BU strategic projects and priorities to drive execution excellence and continuous growth of business.
Drive continuous improvement: Support execution excellence by enabling an integrated/consolidated tracking platform and mechanism; act as integrators, make sure best practices get shared between brands, regions and teams.
Track, oversee and implement BU key initiatives and programs.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree and above (consulting experience is preferred).
5+ years of strategic planning/commercial function experience, pharma industry preferred.
Ability to lead and influence at all level of the organization, upwards and downwards.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization.
Demonstrated leadership experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs.
Fluent oral and written skills in both Chinese and English.
