1.Provide high-quality and innovative medical information service:
1)Identify and initiate the response documents/FAQs for a product based on the medical needs, availability of data, including Core Response Documents and other response documents.
2)Develop the response documents/FAQs, maintain the final approval version, review and update periodically.
3)Provide response either directly to unsolicited requests from external and internal customer via different channels or escalates complex request to appropriate functions for further assistance, according to corporate standards and MIS procedure.
4)Lead or support medical conference booth to ensure accurate and scientific information delivery.
5)Identifying signals that may indicate potential adverse events (AEs) or product complaints (PCs), informs respective safety and QA groups in accordance with company standards and procedures.
6)Documents all requests received and responses provided by appropriate systems according to MIS procedure.
7)Summarize “Inquires Report” and share with relevant Medical/brand team.
8)Proactively identify emerging medical/scientific data that could be of importance to medical strategy, sharing with internal stakeholder, by newsletter, digital platform, and other innovative platforms.
9)Provide essential medical information inputs on specific medical projects as required, in accordance with corporate standards and procedures.
2.Optimize and execute MI related principles/processes as well as customer insights generation:
1)Optimize and/or develop MI related SOPs, manage and drive to develop/update the SOP of Medical Affairs, organize the medical training for internal stakeholders in terms of Medical Affairs related the SOPs.
2)Responsible to Medical Affairs compliance and governance, training to request cross functional team.
3)Support medical governance on medical hotline or vendors out of medical.
4)Analyze customer needs during the routine request-response cycle in a timely manner, identify the potential business impact, and give feedback to relevant stakeholder, according to company standards and MIS procedure.
5)Propose innovative ideas to drive customer insights generation and quality of overall medical information service.
3.Knowledge expert role for responsible Product(s)/TA(s) and MI teamwork:
1)Develop knowledge and expertise in 1-2 TA(s).
2)Support in medical communication related projects of responsible Product(s)/TA(s).
3)Support in publication related projects of responsible Product(s)/TA(s).
4)Other work that needs TA specific expertise or teamwork.
