Responsibilities
1.Insightful CRM Analysis
-
Collect CRM related data from different channels and incorporate the data into the analysis (e.g. customer profiling, surveys, territory planning and activities etc).

Offer insight analysis solution and find out major problems to address SFE needs from CRM perspective to help management make decisions.
2.Process Optimization & Performance Tracking
-
Drive customer profiling/segmentation methodology and process to ensure timely deployment through close collaboration with business management.

Optimize CRM process and track the execution.
-
Deliver CRM reports per requirement accurately and timely.
-
Manage service provider; ensure effective collaboration between IT, provider and SFE.
3.Manage System Related Project
-
Work closely with clients on identifying and defining their business objectives or corresponding new services on CRM system, and provide necessary support.

Develop constructive action plans or follow ups for achieving the design specifications and service objectives.

Conduct user tests and ensure that quality and security controls are in place before the project's rollout.

Responsible for providing clients with CRM trainings and other educational materials, to help smooth their transition following implementation.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree and above, major in computer science related.
-
Above 2 years working experience with SFE and CRM function in pharmaceutical.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sale force effectiveness concepts, including customer segmentation & targeting with rich experience in CRM/SFDC.

Good at skill of SQL, able to deliver SFE system/report from scratch.

Good command of English, effective communication with different levels of people.

Motivation in working in developing and dynamic biopharma company.
