Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing strategy, action & implementation for assigned products (making sure marketing strategy is in line with company goal and mission to keep long-term success after product launch).

New product launch and cross-functional launch team management with milestone/ timeline fulfilment.

Developing marketing plans and ensuring launch plan for new products.
-
Portfolio revenue forecast with business model design and management.
-
Sales team communicationand motivation.
-
Aligning with finance about long-term and short-term budget, manage A&M expense according to budget.

Working together effectively with other functional Depts.
Qualification
-
University degree in Pharmacy/Biological Science, preferably combined with an MBA from a recognized international institution.

Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing and/or sales management in an international pharmaceutical environment.

Familiar with TA in Oncology and Hematology.

Solid experience in new product prelaunch will be plus.
-
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing theory; Very good insight for industry including product LCM and NRDL. Rich knowledge in market research and agency management.

Good people management skill with KOLs.

Result driven, win-win mindset.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
