Proactively capture business needs on process improvement and drive corporate efforts to address the needs.
Extract critical insights for user experience on key business processes by conducting interviews and rigorous analysis on root causes.
Evaluate and enable the charter of improvement initiatives to address emerging challenges.
Help to build up enterprise capability to identify new opportunity on process excellence, e.g. new process/platform set-up, business process data management etc.
Lead the governance of process improvement execution; ensure the final delivery on time.
Design project implementation plans with clearly defined project goals.
Manage projects execution tracking and milestones review.
Govern portfolio of corporate top processes and evaluate process performance driven by data.
Develop effective tracking dashboard to illustrate the performance of top processes.
Regular track the indicators and conduct performance analysis.
Conduct training and lead the company SOP and process implementation cross the organization.
Closely work with compliance team to develop risk mitigation plan through process optimization.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree and above.
Process improvement, operation excellence, change management, transformation management experience in consulting firms or Fortune 500 company (healthcare industry preferred).
Exceptional customers centric and problem-solving, with excellent ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks.
Outstanding analytical skills. e.g., developing project proposal, building data analysis models.
Exceptional leadership to drive solution development and project execution, with ability to navigate complex contexts.
Strong connecting and influence skills across business units and function departments, esp. for senior managements.
6-Sigma/Lean Black Belt and above is a plus.
Fluent Business English, with outstanding business writing skills.
