  • Effectively develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand business.
  • Identify business needs and recommend appropriate training solution and approaches to address the needs.
  • Leverage appropriate resources to design and create effective training materials.
  • Conduct regular training activities, field visits and provide field consultation as required.
  • Deliver training courses according to commercial training plan after TTT and certification.
  • Develop and implement talent development projects.
  • Manage internal learning platform according to digital learning plan.


  • Bachelor degree, with preference for pharmacy background.
  • At least 3 years’ experiences in sales training and 2 years’ experiences in team management. Oncology experience is preferred.
  • Good facilitation skills and cross-functional team work.
  • Excellent self-motivated capability and have great passion for training.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Middle level English skill with oral and written.
