  • Actively cross-functional and regional interaction to plan and implement overall Market Access strategy in line with cross-functional/ local /country strategy and objectives.
  • Global/ regional and local coordination to develop compelling value story (PnR dossier), Health Technology Assessment and health eco-nomic models if needed.
  • Effectively introduce new products/ new indications into the market for the widest commercial indications (reimbursement criteria), at a price reflecting the value of the innovation and the benefits (Efficacy/Safety/ Clinical outcome) of compounds.
  • Built platforms for communicating with key decision makers and opinion leaders, collaborate with influential associations/institutes to organize policy/health economic events, to present product value and to increase the awareness of the company;
  • Finish other duties and activities as delegated or as signed by the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant healthcare professional background
  • Work experience in market access project management such as strategy development, health economics projects/workshops, policy meetings, with a track of success; International experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in biologics, preferred
  • Work experience in market access project management, event organization, research program operation, and etc.;
  • Excellent coordination skills to operate cross-functional projects; working experience in marketing or health economics is preferred;
  • Knowledge of market access and add-on medicines, professional training or worked in oncology therapeutic area is an advantage.
